"Getting to know each other Session"
The purpose of this is for you and me to determine if we will be comfortable working with each other.
This session will take about 20-30 minutes. No fees are charged.
"Discovery Session"
This session will allow us to design an alliance and to create a road-map for the coaching journey. As the coach, I may use certain tools to assist you to explore your vision for yourself in your career and in instances, your personal life too, to help you to map your path.
This session will take 45-60 minutes.
"Coaching Sessions"
The sessions will typically take place every 3 weeks. After the 4 sessions, if you feel you have clarity as to how you wish to move forward, the coaching may end. If however you wish to continue to be coached further, that can be arranged according to your needs. The coaching sessions may be done in-person or online. ​
Each session will take 60 minutes.

The coaching sessions may take place on-line or in person, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Confidentiality
All matters discussed will be held in complete confidence and will not be discussed with any other party, including employers who may engage me to coach their employees.
