Hi, I'm Renuka Thuraisingham, your coach.

Starting with a legal background and followed by three decades in tax consulting and leadership, I’ve shifted gears into coaching after completing the Co‑Active Training Institute’s transformative program. Experiencing both sides—being coached and coaching—has deepened both my self-awareness and client insight.  I am fascinated by the impact of coaching and I realise now how coaching would have been beneficial to me in my professional career as a consultant and leader.

My past experience involved a variety of skills to create the best outcome for clients and to develop a generation of tax professionals. Although I have left the tax world, my passion for developing professionals continues. Now, I’m committed to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential through coaching.
